WHY SPONSOR? Our goal is to raise $7,000; all proceeds raised from the golf tournament will be used to provide:
Scholarships to local high school runners to attend the Menchaca Running Camp.
Healthy breakfast/snacks for the duration of the Camp.
As a Sponsor, you will receive brand visibility, and printed and social media publicity through printed materials, our website, and signage on the golf course depending on the sponsorship level. Sponsoring elevates your brand while it also demonstrates your commitment and investment in student-athletes.
Tailored sponsorship levels to match your business or individual needs and budget.
Gold Sponsor $1,000 includes placement of company name or individual name on all: promotional materials, on the Menchaca Running Camp website, tee box sign, and receive a golf foursome.
Silver Sponsor $500 includes placement of company name or individual name on all: promotional materials, on the Menchaca Running Camp website, tee box sign.
Hole Sponsor $125 Sign at the sponsored hole with an individual name or company name.
Golfer’s Goodie Bag Contributions Sponsors have the option to provide items such as golf tees, balls, hats, bags, towels, sunscreen, bottled water, protein bars, pens, note-pads, and any other company promotional materials. Company or individual names will be placed on the Menchaca Running Camp website and next year’s promotional materials.
Gift Certificate Sponsors have the opportunity to promote their company through gift certificates as raffle prizes. Certificates invite customers and provide something special to participants. Company names will be placed on the Menchaca Running Camp website and next year’s promotional materials.
All sponsors and donors are publicly recognized during the Awards Ceremony.
