The MRC scholarship program offers financial assistance to Tucson, Arizona high school runners who cannot afford the full cost of attendance of the Camp.
Scholarships are limited and are distributed on a first come, first serve basis. It does not cover the full cost of the camp and does not include transportation to and from the Camp.
In addition to completing the scholarship form, you will need a letter of recommendation from a non-family member. This letter must include the full name, address, email, and phone number of the recommender, as they will be contacted if your runner is a finalist. Consider asking a mentor, coach, pastor, or employer.

Scholarships for the camp are not final until the runner’s parent/guardian receives a MRC Scholarship Award Letter indicating the dollar amount awarded. Award letters will be emailed or mailed to the parent/guardian by May 6, 2024. Upon receipt of the Award Letter, the scholarship check will be issued directly to the camp. If for some reason you are not able to attend the running camp please contact Art Menchaca ASAP at 520 633-6034 by May 19, 2024.
